Interior Layout: Clerestory Lofts
The Loft: the quintessential mode of urban living, at the epicenter
of the city action. Escape the suburban doldrums without missing a beat:
shed the upkeep of house and garden, and slip right into the rhythm of
the downtown life against the backdrop of a sparkling skyline.
Lofts are available on the first floor of the historic Peden Iron and Steel Building, with two-story floor plans and connected outdoor spaces: a covered dock or private yard. Industrial style clerestory windows create a soaring sense of open space within already grand proportions: ceiling heights in most living areas are 14’, 9’ in Master Lofts, and 19’ in four of our Lofts (127, 129, 130, and 132).
Lofts offer more square footage than Flats, on two levels. Lofts are outfitted with a full complement of modern amenities and features, including kitchens and baths by internationally known maker Alno, premium energy efficient appliances in contemporary profiles, and individually designed closet systems.
The Loft can be tailored to suit your style, in two configurations:
* Classic Layout: calm and clean, with living areas organized in a
traditional progression of spaces.
* Retro Modern Layout: dynamic and free-flowing, with angled walls designed
to maximize interior space, and create an urban, gallery-like feel.
Controlled access ground level parking is included, as well as access to all the amenities: fitness center, pool terrace, outdoor lounge area, private dog walking park, and on-site gourmet take-out and grocery.
