Our interiors are designed to capture the essence of loft living: the
subtle frisson between the raw and the polished, city lights instead
of chandeliers. It’s about the industrial made elegant, and the
fresh energy of inspiring spaces.
The exposed concrete beams and columns of our historic structure add character to interior spaces, and industrial features like clerestory windows provide an urbane glamour. Tall ceilings bring a certain grandeur to even the most compact of our lofts. Originally constructed to warehouse iron and steel, the floors in the historic building are uncommonly thick and strong.
An essential quality of loft design is to let free flowing spaces and private areas harmonize to let you live, work and entertain with efficiency and ease. The ambience is unlike anything you’ll find in traditional condominiums.
Coordinated palettes of colors and finishes, carefully selected by Interiors by Kasey McCarty, provide a neutral canvas for your own personal expression. Low emission finishes and paints are incorporated into our standards. Option and designer assistance is provided to each individual loft owner.
Residential lofts and flats are well appointed with kitchens and baths by European maker Alno, with energy-efficient appliances in contemporary finishes. Individual consultation is available for outfitting live/work spaces with kitchens, baths, and business/commercial spaces.
